FAQs
Do I lose ownership of my land during the loan?
No. You retain full ownership and use of your land. The title is held as security and returned to you upon full repayment.
What types of land titles are accepted?
We accept freehold and mailo land titles. The title must be in your name and free of any existing encumbrances or disputes.
Why does this loan take longer to process?
Land title loans require an official land search and valuation through the Ministry of Lands, which takes additional time to ensure the title is legitimate and unencumbered.
Can I use land in any district?
We primarily accept land titles within Kampala and the greater Wakiso area. Land in other districts may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
